Jilisss Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the jilisss platform — whether through our website at jilisss.app, our mobile application, or any other interface we provide — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of jilisss, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access or use the platform in any capacity. Your continued use of jilisss following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Jilisss reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. We will notify registered players of material changes via email or in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To be eligible to register and use jilisss, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

Jilisss reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension pending verification.

To access the full range of jilisss services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

One Account Per Player: Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on jilisss. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party.
• Notify jilisss immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared devices.
• Not allow any other person to access or use your jilisss account.

Jilisss shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified us of a security breach.

Jilisss supports a range of Philippine-based payment methods to make deposits and withdrawals as convenient as possible for Filipino players. Accepted payment channels include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, among others available at the time of your transaction.

Deposits:

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Jilisss does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits are generally credited to your jilisss account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment channel used.
• All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and matching the details on your jilisss account.
• Jilisss reserves the right to require completion of identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of request.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during business hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take one to three business days.
• Jilisss reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

Jilisss offers various bonuses, promotions, rewards, and vouchers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Jilisss reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer will specify applicable wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus funds.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Jilisss reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already accepted and in active use by a player will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of acceptance.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic wagering strategies, collusion, or other abusive behaviour will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account suspension.

All games available on the jilisss platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game on jilisss, you agree to abide by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

• All game outcomes on jilisss are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game events conducted in real time. Jilisss does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, jilisss will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager for that round will be refunded to your account balance.
• Jilisss reserves the right to void any bet or game result that is the product of a software error, data feed error, or any other technical fault that results in an incorrect outcome being displayed or paid.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before placing wagers. Jilisss is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's end.
• The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panel. These figures represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilisss platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Money Laundering: Using jilisss for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonuses, promotions, or referral programs through systematic or dishonest means, including the use of multiple accounts.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with jilisss games or services without express written authorization.
• Hacking and Interference: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to jilisss systems, servers, or databases, or interfering with the normal operation of the platform.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to jilisss by any person under 21 years of age.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jilisss platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from jilisss without our prior written consent.
• The jilisss name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of jilisss. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to jilisss may be used by us without restriction or compensation to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilisss, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jilisss platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, connectivity issues, or platform downtime.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in platform content.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the jilisss service.

Jilisss provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

In no event shall jilisss's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilisss account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Jilisss collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using jilisss, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We are committed to protecting your personal information and maintaining appropriate technical and organizational security measures. We will never sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Jilisss reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Your account is subject to a legal hold, court order, or regulatory requirement.
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to jilisss, other players, or third parties.

You may close your jilisss account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

Jilisss shall not be liable to you for any losses resulting from the suspension or termination of your account where such action was taken due to your breach of these Terms.

Jilisss reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the jilisss platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of jilisss after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the jilisss platform and may request account closure.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.
